Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to correct the issue promptly and ensure the project meets your expectations.
Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original service date.
- No refunds will be issued past 30 days.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the form of partial reimbursement or service credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
Deposits & Prepayments
Deposits made for scheduled projects are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun. If a project must be canceled prior to work starting, refunds may be considered less any expenses incurred.
Products & Materials
If your project involves the purchase of plants, sod, mulch, stone, or other materials, please note that these items cannot be returned once delivered or installed. We guarantee that all materials are of professional quality at the time of installation.
